Spring Is Coming!

Colorful Tulips

Well, not right away. First we get to enjoy fall, which is shaping up nicely. And then there's winter. Regardless of how winter goes, it won't be long before we are pining for a hint of our gardens. Spring bulbs are the answer: planted easily this fall, they pop up in early spring, with no further effort by you, just when you need that spot of cheery color the most. Even just 10 bulbs, planted in a spot you pass by everyday (front steps, mailbox, kitchen door) can bring a much-needed smile to your face. (If you plan to plant some glorious big beds of bulbs this fall, ask us about bulb augers! This inexpensive tool attaches to your drill and can save you muscle aches and lots of time.)
