Crumb-Top Best Pumpkin Pie The secret is the orange marmalade, and lots of crunchy sugar topping! 1 9 inch pie shell 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups pumpkin 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup water 1/3 cup orange marmalade Topping 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup pecans 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons butter Place pie dough in pan; brush with egg white, and bake at 350* for 10 minutes. Mix all filling ingredients well and pour into shell. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes. Mix topping ingredients, sprinkle over pie, and bake 30 minutes longer.
