A big, fluffy, extravagent bow is the perfect topper to your Christmas tree or a beautiful package. A well-placed bow can be all you need to transform your front-door wreath from season to season. And, with just a little practice, you can tie bows like these for all your decorating needs. On our
Resources page you will find a link to this
pictorial handout with step-by-step instructions that you can print; or, stop by for a demo by one of our designers.
Some tips:
Buy a length of inexpensive ribbon with wired edges to practice with a few times; or, take an existing bow apart and follow the "twists" as a guide to recreate it for practice. Wired edges help you form the bow easily, and hold it's shape for a long time. Have wires or pipe cleaners cut to at least 8" lengths ready. Once you have mastered a bow, try using two different ribbons at once for a custom look!
Everyone has a slightly different "twist" on their bows...if you have any suggestions, share them by leaving a comment here! Comments:Leave A Comment:
