Well, it has been a great season of seminars this year! Thanks to everyone who attended, and to all of our great speakers as well.
We began with Knollwood's John Scott and learning to love your lawn: lucky for us, John is always around to answer questions as they come up throughout the year! We had a marvelous slide presentation about the Heritage Gardens at the Ohio Governor's Mansion: very inspiring. Some of our staff have already made a trip to volunteer in the gardens "cleaning up" this spring.
Our first "Behind The Scenes" tour of our growing facility was very well-received: we'll be sure to do it again if you missed it....

Looks harmless, almost pretty...He’s been putting on quite a show, but the Emerald Ash Borer’s performance is all about destruction. OSU Extension representatives Cindy Burskey (Clermont County) and Thais Reiff (Greene County) will be here to tell us how the efforts are going to shut him down, what role we can play, and alternative trees for planting to slow their destruction....
